About Me

I am a professional dancer, choreographer and teacher. A deep appreciation for nature is embedded in my practice and I strive to create work sustainably. My professional performance experience spans dance theatre, contemporary dance, opera, musical theatre, performance art and film. Currently I am interested in exploring improvisatory movement as a means to processing complex emotional experiences; I am obsessed with how movement enables us to express our inner worlds. Music is also highly important to my practice and I enjoy combining different styles of dance to create new movement languages.

I trained at Tring Park School for the Performing Arts and London Contemporary Dance School, earning my master's degree in 2020.

My professional experience includes performing with Theater St. Gallen (2018-19) in works by Beate Vollack, Felix Landerer, Yuki Mori, and Josef Köpplinger, as well as touring with Frankly Speaking Productions in The Snow Queen (2020) and Tom's Midnight Garden (2021 & 22). I was also part of the creation and original performances of Baggage, a dance theatre work incorporating contemporary, tap and improvised text work, with Lucy Clark in 2024. So far we have performed this piece at the Brighton Dome, South East Dance (2024) and the Blue Elephant Theatre, London (2025).

My work spans film, dance theatre, and performance art, and I have collaborated with artists including Instigate Unknown, Yun Cheng, Clio Lloyd-Jacobs, Cole & Joslin, and participated in an R&D workshop for Tammy Faye: A New Musical. In 2021, I received support from South East Dance to create two dance installations, Grey Matter and Hold Me. This Spring, I will be appearing as an Actor in Die Walküre at the Royal Opera House, London.

As a musician, I performed in an immersive experience for the Chateau Unang Summer Soiree (2018); as a finalist on a live televised choir competition (BBC1 Pitch Battle, 2017); and was part of the winning BBC School Choir of the Year (2016).
